Six classic car entries from Los Altos will be among 250 cars on display from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. this Sunday at the 28th annual Palo Altos Concours d'Elegance on the grounds of Stanford Stadium.Sponsored by the Palo Alto Lions Charities Inc., the event traditionally features classic, vintage, antique and high performance cars valued in the millions and spanning a century of automotive history.

The show annually attracts up to 20,000 lookers and history buffs who ogle and covet every curvy and rakish line of Cobras, racy Corvettes, spiffy T-Birds and legendary Packards. Hollywood movie producers check out an entire class of Ferrari, Cadillac/LaSalle and other marquees for possible future use in pictures..

A group of special classes will be included that contains retired race cars, high- performance and muscle cars, vintage motorcycles and pre-World War European classics.
