Fisher, Marston

Marcie Fisher and Brad Marston were married June 10 at Ramshorn Ranch in Hayden, Colo. The outdoor ceremony was held against a backdrop of the snow-capped Rocky Mountains and a field of wildflowers. Melissa DaLuz, a high school friend of the bride, served as matron of honor and Richard Marston, the groom's brother, was best man. Alan Levin, formerly of Los Altos and a long-time friend of the groom, gave a reading from Wendell Berry's essay "Poetry and Marriage."

The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Richard Fisher of Denver, Colo. She will be assistant professor of biology at Roger Williams University in Bristol, R.I., in the fall.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Alan Marston of Los Altos and is assistant professor of physics at Brown University in Providence, RI.

The couple are making their home in Providence.
