Truitt, Galt

Kristen Elizabeth Truitt and George Galt were married in Leesburg, Va. June 3. A reception was held at Selma Plantation in Virginia and the couple left the reception in a vintage Rolls Royce.

The bride is the daughter of Sally and Ed Truitt of Los Altos. She is a graduate of Los Altos High School and University of California, Santa Barbara with a bachelor of arts in comparative literature.

The groom is the son of Ann and John Galt of Pittsfield, Mass. He is a graduate of Phillips Academy in Massachusetts and received a bachelor's degree at University of Colorado at Boulder and a juris doctorate from American University in Washington, D.C.

He is employed as an attorney with the firm of Leonard, Ralston, Stanton and Banks in Washington, D.C.

The couple live in Washington, D.C.
