Los Altos is hosting a community meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Los Altos Youth Center.

Interested Los Altos residents, business owners, and other members of the community are encouraged to attend and address the city council and staff on any matters concerning Los Altos city government.

According to City Manager Dianne Gershuny, the benefit of this meeting is there is no set agenda; citizens can speak about issues of concern to them in a more informal atmosphere.

Mayor Bob Gray stated, "This provides an opportunity for each and every resident to offer suggestions with regard to how their city operates." Residents may also get questions about the city answered.

While the city council is prohibited by law from taking any action at this meeting, they welcome your comments and can take action in the future.

Los Altos Youth Center is located at 1 N. San Antonio Road. For more information, call 948-1491.
