Parc Regent groundbreaking

printer friendly version Print this story

Officials break ground for the Parc Regent, the 57-unit senior citizen condo complex, Sept. 14, on the corner of Edith Avenue and San Antonio Road in Los Altos. Twenty-one people have paid $5,000 each to reserve one of the 25 units being built in the first phase of construction. The condo documents called the codes, covenants and restrictions (CC&Rs) will be available in December, said Bob Nicholus, sales manager for the project. Sales contracts may not be written until those papers are ready. Two of the 25 units will be sold at below the market price to qualify for affordable housing.
