printer friendly version Print this story

Kaleidoscope for December packs in a lot of viewing pleasure and guarantees to solve many a holiday shopping challenge. Featured will be innovative gifts like home brewed beer and soda pop, hand made chocolates, jewelry and clothing for women.

News anchor/reporter Glenn Quinn visits Fermentation Frenzy, Chris Johnson spends time at The Gourmet Works, Carol Curran learns a lot about sculpture and custom jewelry at Connoisseur of Los Altos and Diane Brauch shops for designer bargains at the new American Cancer Society Discovery Shop.

The show is featured on Access Los Altos which moved from Channel 16 to 26 on TCI Cablevision in Los Altos and Cupertino. According to TCI, the change was made so there will be "channel position consistency" throughout their Bay Area systems.

Subscribers in Los Altos were notified of the channel line-up changes, which affects nine channels on the system, on their September service bill.

Kaleidoscope continues to air at 5:30 p.m. Thursdays, and 4 p.m. on Sundays on Channel 26 and at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday on Channel 18 , the Los Altos government channel.
