El Camino auxiliary announces scholarships

El Camino Hospital Auxiliary is again offering scholarships to permanent residents of California who wish to pursue a hospital related health professional career in one of the high priority fields of Clinical Laboratory Technology, Nuelear Medicine Technology, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technology, Physical Therapy, Radiation Therapy, Padiologic Technology and Respiratory Therapy.

Graduating high school seniors and full-time college students enrolled in an accredited California college or university for the 1996-1997 school year may apply. Applicants must reside in the cities of Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Los altos, Los altos Hills or Cupertino.

Awards are made on the basis of financial need, scholastic achievement, character and career potential. The Scholarship Committee is responsible for evaluating and selecting the recipients and determining the amount of each award.

Application forms are available at El Camino Hospital Auxiliary Office, at High School Career Centers, local College Financial Aid Offices and the Main Libraries in Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Los altos and Cupertino.

Completed application forms must be received in the Auxiliary Office no later than February 29, 1996.
