CSMA offers financial assistance for music lessons

Through the generosity of donors, the Community School of Musicand Arts (CSMA) in Mountain View currently has funds availablefor families in need of financial assistance. The school is offeringtuition assistance to qualifying school-age students for privatemusic lessons and classes in music and art. The school also offerswork-study assistance to qualifying college and adult students.

"We are pleased that over the years we have been able tomeet the needs of many families seeking music education,"said Dr. Nicholas Isaacs, music director. "By offering tuitionassistance, we have not only served students at all skill levels,but we have also identified students with outstanding musicaltalent.

Tuition assistance is currently available at the school due tofunding from the Lila Wallace Reader's Digest Fund, Clarence E.Heller Charitable Foundation, David and Lucile Packard Foundation,Peninsula Community Foundation, California Arts Council, Cityof Mountain View, and corporate and individual donors.
