Michael Tarens, a former top listing and selling agent in 1992 and 1993 at Cornish & Carey Realtors in Los Altos, has joined Coldwell Banker. Tarens specializes in Los Altos, Los Altos Hills and Mountain View properties. He is a resident of Los Altos for 19 years. Joe Wierzbowski, a former chemistry professor at Foothill College, brings to Coldwell Banker more than 25 years of experience in real estate management and a wealth of experience in education and consulting. He is currently involved in tutoring programs for high school and college level math and chemistry. Helen Muzzi Kiraly is a former associate with Eckert & Co. Properties and has 18 years of real estate experience. She specializes in residential and commercial properties and is a resident of Los Altos for eight years. Coldwell Banker and Fox & Carskadon merged last year to create the largest residential real estate company in Northern California. With more than 50 residential real estate offices and nearly 2,000 sales associates in the greater Bay Area and Sacramento, the company's sales volume is in excess of $4.5 billion. |
