"Everyone's a Winner ...READ!" was the Summer Reading Club theme at the Los Altos libraries. Children who read 10 books by Aug. 14 were invited to a party where they will receive a certificate and a free paperback book. The parties are in the Program Room at the main library and begin at 1 p.m. today. For more information, call 948-2751.
