San Antonio Road, in Los Altos. The first program starts next Monday. "Great Decision" is sponsored by the Foreign Policy Association, which also prepares a book upon which the discussions are based. The subjects and presenters are: Feb. 3, the media: Our role in foreign policy making, with Paul Nyberg. Feb. 10, Northeast Asia: Crossroads of five powers, with George Koo. Feb. 24, terrorism and crime: A more dangerous world, with Louise Ginsburg. March 3, Europe: The future for economic and military integration, with Dr. Colt Blacker. March 10, environmental threats to stability: Role of population growth, with Laura Tarquinio. March 17, Middle East: Peace and the changing political order, with Emily Thurber. March 24, Russia and the U.S.: Growing cooperation, with Jane Bahr. March 31, Globalization: Workplace winners and losers, with Judy Moss.
