All dinners will include a choice of salad, French onion soup or country stew soup. A triple chocolate mousse dessert and a choice of hot beverage will complement the dinner. Owners Jeff Kuo and his wife, Joy Pan, have opened a restaurant with elegant setting in which they create "California continental cuisine" from ingredients that include organic vegetables. The restaurant specialties are chicken, fish and vegetarian. The couple formerly owned a restaurant in Taipei. The price of this Chefs Who Care dinner is $16 for adults and $8 for children. Eight dollars of the adult price will be donated to the Community Kitchen of the Community Services Agency of Mountain View, Los Altos and Los Altos Hills, which serves meals four nights a week to homeless and low-income individuals and families. Reservations are required for the dinners and can be made by calling 941-8649 by Feb. 8. |
