Letters to the Editor

Thank you for your coverage of the Etruscan condo project and the question of three- versus two stories at Foothill Expressway and El Monte Avenue. I am especially thankful also to the city council people who endured two deliberations of this project, and I wholeheartedly agree with your editorial and the decision of the council that two stories is more in scale with Los Altos. I think this is a very important decision for our town and they deserve credit for the courage to rethink the proposal. The challenge remains for us to get a quality development on that corner.
