'Chefs Who Care' dinners set for May

Chef Chu's Distinctive Cuisine of China at 1067 N. San Antonio Road in Los Altos will host "Chefs Who Care" fund-raising dinners on May 14 and 15 with two seatings each night at 6 and 7:45 p.m.

Dinner selections are to include: Mongolian beef and asparagus with prawns; black mushrooms over Chinese peas; orange blossom ribs; and wok-seared salmon in black bean sauce. There will be a choice of soups and chicken salad, too.

The price of the dinner is $17 for adults and $8 for children. The restaurant will donate $8 of the adult charge to the Community Kitchen of Community Services Agency. Reservations are required and space is limited.
