Spectrian Corp., located in Sunnyvale, supplies amplifiers to wireless communication infrastructure manufacturers and service providers. First quarter revenue report shows an increase of 361 percent. Gross revenues went from $9.9 million to $45.8 million. Net income includes a gain of $1.3 million that relates to the sale of its subsidiary, American Microwave Technology. |
