The Los Altos children's librarians are offering "Introduction to the Internet for Kids with Their Parents" from 9-10 a.m. this Saturday in the Program Room of the library before the library opens to the public.

This one-hour session is for children aged 7 and up. For more information, call 948-2751.

Whodunit?, a mystery readers' discussion group, will meet at the Los Altos Library from 10:15-11:30 a.m. Nov. 5 to discuss "Pick Up Sticks" by Emma Lathen. For more information, call 948-7048.

The next monthly meeting will be Dec. 3 and the group will discuss "Nine Taylors" by Dorothy Sayers.
