Dec. 15, 10:09 p.m., 4000 El Camino Real: A caller reported that his red Hyundai was broken into. Church break-in Dec. 16, 7:35 a.m. 1700 block of Grant Road: A caller reported that Immanuel Lutheran Church was broken into, file cabinets were overturned and the safe was broken into. Crimes against children Dec. 17, 9:43 a.m.: Detective Chris Fowlie requested a case number for a child abuse case. Stolen wallet Dec. 17, 12:43 p.m.: A woman reported that her wallet was stolen Dec. 2 while shopping in a local supermarket. Fraud Dec. 17, 4:46 p.m., 800 block of Orchid Place: A caller reported she had been defrauded by a roofing company. They are waiting for her to pay them, but they have never obtained city permits, she said. Theft Dec. 17, 6:52 p.m., 4000 block of El Camino Real: A caller advised that he was about to confront an employee who rang up some merchandise as returned, then took it to another store and turned it in for a cash refund. Car break-in Dec. 17, 7:21 p.m, 4400 block of El Camino Real: A caller reported that someone smashed the window of her car and the stereo was taken. Assault Thursday, 12:53 a.m., 100 block of Main Street: A person called from the hospital emergency room to report a male who was assaulted at this address. Then a second caller reported a second assault victim. DUI Police made three arrests. |
