The vibrant colors of the "Expressions in Watercolor" exhibit brighten the walls of the Los Altos Library through March 6. Flowers, still lifes and nature scenes predominate.

Free one-on-one instruction on Internet basics is available at the Los Altos Library. Sign-ups are taken at the reference desk for the two-hour sessions taught by trained volunteers. For more information, call 948-7048.

The Woodland Library branch continues closed due to flood damage.

The library staff ask patrons to keep all Woodland materials until the branch re-opens. There will be no fines for overdue Woodland materials.
