Columnist to grace LAH historians

Veteran free-lance writer and longtime Town Crier columnist Mary Cristy will be speaking on the early history of the local newspaper at a Sunday meeting of the Los Altos Hills Historical Society. The meeting is scheduled to begin 3 p.m. at Los Altos Hills Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road.

Cristy, who has written for the Town Crier for more than 40 years, has published fiction, poetry, travel articles and profiles in magazines throughout the United States and Canada and has contributed regularly to Bay Area papers.
