Burglary

Feb. 23, 1:51 p.m., 700 block of Berry Avenue: A resident reported to police that upon return from a Hawaiian vacation, he found large amounts of cash and jewelry missing.

DUI

Feb. 24, 12:58 a.m., 300 block of State Street: Police found a woman passed out behind the wheel of her car. Police arrested a 45-year-old woman on charges of DUI.

Prowling

Feb. 24, 8:33 p.m., 1200 block of Thorpe Court: A caller requested police follow-up regarding a prowler.

Robbery

Feb. 25, 8:03 p.m., 4400 block of El Camino Real: Two men with an automatic handgun robbed a business and left on foot.

Neighbor found dead

Thursday, 3:55 p.m., 600 block of Stardust Lane: A friend found an 87-year-old man dead, fully clothed, on the bottom of the man's swimming pool. Police are investigating.

Burglary

Friday, 9:53 a.m., 4800 block of El Camino Real: A caller reported that the Allstate office was burgled and ransacked during the night. The burglars broke a window to enter.

Vandalism

Saturday, 9:29 a.m., 1900 block of Laver Court: A caller reported that her mailbox and her neighbor's were stolen during the night.

Dog bite

Sunday, 7:54 p.m., 100 block of Osage Avenue: A caller reported that the neighbor's dog "trapped" her in her car when she arrived home, then bit her.
