Participants will also have a chance to do the "Bunny Hop" with ballroom dancer Richard Lane of London One Salon, and watch a special, first-time appearance by Ranka's Marionette Theatre Musical Revue. The egg hunt starts at 10 a.m. in front of stores, with thousands of eggs filled with candy and gift certificates for young children. Children ages 1-6 hunt on Main Street, while children ages 7-10 search State Street. Ranka's Musical Revue will appear on the Community Plaza stage at 10:15 a.m., with an entertaining puppet show extravaganza that covers a wide range of music, from rock to opera. Trained by two of Europe's master puppeteers, Swedish-born Ranka Gatu began creating her own shows and performing for school children in Europe in 1970. Since 1978, she has performed extensively in the United States, including shows sponsored by the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and the Los Angeles Philharmonic Opera House at the Hollywood Bowl.
