Talk, slide show on Hong Kong 'handover'

Hong Kong Handover: The Los Altos Sunset Rotary will feature Eugene Louie, a photographer for the San Jose Mercury News, who will present a slide show and talk about his work in Hong Kong at 7 p.m., Tuesday at Mac's American Bar & Grill, 325 Main St. Dinner is $15.
