April 19, 6:54 p.m., 2000 block of Grant Road: A caller reported that a person in a maroon 1982 Oldsmobile hit her vehicle and refused to stop.

Runaway

April 20, 1:14 a.m., 4000 El Camino Real: A mother came to the police station to report that her daughter was out without her permission.

Civil problems

April 20, 12:11 p.m., 4000 block of El Camino Real: A caller reported that he had subleased his office to another business that took all his furniture April 4. He said he knows where the property is and wants it.

Theft

April 21, 10:58 a.m., Plaza Central: A caller reported that some checks had been stolen from the restaurant and had recently been cashed. The caller suspected an employee.

April 21, 11:30 p.m., 300 block of Main Street: A caller reported that two loads of her laundry were removed from the Laundromat.

Theft

Thursday, 11:33 a.m., 100 block of Main Street: A person reported that $1,156.40 was taken from an unlocked teller drawer over the weekend.

Harassing calls

Thursday, 12:50 p.m., 4000 block of S. El Camino Real: A caller reported receiving numerous harassing phone calls from a former employee in Mountain View.

Injury

Thursday, 1:38 p.m.: Fire and medics responded to a 62-year-old man who fell and broke his leg at a job site when the dirt caved in.

Forgery

Thursday, 1:04 p.m., 100 block of Main Street: A caller reported that a customer came in to pay his tab yesterday with a check that was stolen from Belmont.

Thursday 2:45 p.m., 100 block of Main Street: A caller reported that someone cashed a check with a "stop" on it, pretending to be a customer at one of the Sanwa Bank branches.
