Ambassadors win both road games

Traveling appears to agree with the Silicon Valley Ambassadors, who won both their road games last weekend.

The area's new soccer team beat the Central Coast Roadrunners 3-1 Friday and the Chico Rooks 1-0 Saturday.

Migurel Dumitru, Rafan Kaba and Aman Kebreab scored against the Roadrunners, who beat the Ambassadors 1-0 a week earlier.

Eddie Martinez's goal early in the first half proved to be the difference in the Ambassadors' win over Chico.

The Ambassadors return to Foothill College Friday to take on the Reno Rattlers at 8 p.m.
