The League of Women Voters has launched its 1998 nonpartisan election information guide, Smart Voter. Loaded with information on California ballot measures and candidates, Smart Voter offers the in-depth analyses needed to make informed decisions. The site is located at: www. smartvoter.org.

Smart Voter shows:

Candidates' biographies, priorities, and endorsements;

Information on ballot measures;

Look-up for selected polling places;

Links to election information.
