Bullis students study transportation

Fifth graders at Bullis-Purissima School in Los Altos Hills recently participated in a transportation project with Stephen Kwan, a professor at San Jose State University.

Students studied transportation solutions during a teleconference at the university with mass transportation experts and students from Oakland, Seattle and Fairfax, VA.

A student survey showed that most Bullis students didn't carpool, many took from five to 25 minutes to get to school, and seven students walked to school and only one biked.
