Town Crier Staff Report

History House of Los Altos is celebrating its 20th anniversary this month.

During the June History House annual business meeting, these six women were honored for their long-term commitment to History House in Los Altos.

All were active pioneer members in 1978 and remain dues-paying members today.

Liz Nyberg, the current president of History House Association, presented each with an inscribed coaster, which was made from a branch of the History House oak tree that fell after heavy rain and wind last February.

Each honoree will also have her name embroidered on a framed, handmade quilt section, which will be permanently displayed in the stairwell of History House.
