Jackson beat more than 100 bicyclists in the six-day, 274-mile race.TOP DRIVER: Mountain View resident Kevin Lozares captured the 27th annual Palo Alto Junior Classic golf tournament last month at Palo Alto Municipal. Lozares shot a 1-under-par 64 to win the Boys' 12-13 age division. John Sines of Los Altos took third in the division by shooting a 69. GETTING AN EDGE: The Fifty-Plus Fitness Association presents a lecture by Dr. Jeffrey Wildfogel titled "The Mental Edge" at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday at the Albert L.
