The All-Star Summer Reading Club award parties will be held today in the Los Altos Main Library, 13 S. San Antonio Road. Children who read nine or more books qualify to receive a reading certificate, paperback book and cupcake at one of four parties. They are: 1 p.m. for last names starting A-E; 2 p.m. for F-L; 3 p.m. for M-R; and 4 p.m. for S-Z. For more information, call the children's reference desk at the Los Altos Library, 948-2751.

Parent and child Internet classes are offered monthly at the library. The class is designed for children in grades kindergarten through eighth grade. Advance registration is required. For more information, call 948-2751.
