Sept. 3, 12:09 p.m., 1000 block of Russell Avenue: A caller reported that someone had stolen a cellular phone from a white Saturn. A report was taken.

Sept. 3, 2:54 p.m., 900 block of Damian Way: A caller reported that someone had taken golf clubs from a vehicle during the night. A report was taken.

Suspicious circumstances

Sept. 3, 10:01 p.m., 2000 block of Louise Lane: A caller reported finding a screen partially bent in the bathroom window and wanted officers to check the house.

Sept. 3, 11: 02, 1000 block of Covington Road: A caller reported that he heard someone cutting a chain link fence. An arrest was made.

Indecent exposure

Sept. 1, 3:42 p.m. 1000 block of Covington Road: A caller reported that a man exposed himself to three juveniles at Blach Junior High School. Witnesses said the man looked to be in his 50s, had short gray hair, gold-rimmed glasses and was wearing a long, tan shirt with a picture of Yosemite National Park on the front. A report was taken.

Sept. 1, 4:47 p.m., 1000 block of Grant Road: A person reported that someone had taken a cellular phone. A report was taken.

Sept. 1, 7:27 a.m., 700 block of Sunshine Drive: A caller reports that someone has taken a radio from his vehicle.

Sept. 1, 11:11 a.m., 800 block of Amber Lane: A caller reported missing a ring from her residence.

Aug. 31, 1:57 p.m., 500 block of Palm Avenue: A caller reported threats were made against him by his roommate. A report was taken.
