The 17th annual Los Altos Antiques and Collectibles Faire, a major fund-raiser for the annual Festival of Lights Parade, is set for 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. this Sunday in downtown Los Altos.

This year's event features the works of approximately 80 dealers, according to organizer Ginna Gros De Mange.

Collectibles for sale include "retired" Beanie Babies, antique furniture, fine glass and Princess Diana memorabilia.

The event will include food and drink from local and regional businesses, including Devcon Construction, Le Boulanger and Starbucks at Rancho Shopping Center.

"It's one of the key fund-raisers," Gros De Mange said of the faire.

"We really need community support on this and we're open to suggestions."

The faire will be held in the South Parking Plaza, behind Washington Mutual at the corner of Main and Third streets.

The Festival of Lights Parade, which also benefited from a "Rock Back the Clock" fund-raiser dance this past Friday at Rancho Shopping Center, is scheduled for a 7 p.m. start Nov. 29 along Main and State streets in Los Altos.

The parade is traditionally held the Sunday evening following Thanksgiving.
