Domestic violence

Sept. 18, 9:28 a.m.: Police reported a violation of a restraining order.

Burglary, residential

Sept. 19, 8:52 a.m., 2200 block of Grant Road: Police reported an attempted break in. There was a cut screen.

Prowling

Sept. 19, 9:24 a.m., 1600 Marymeade Lane: A caller reported finding a toilet in front of the front door with its lid closed. The caller told police it may have a bomb in it.

Vandalism

Sept. 21, 2:55 p.m., 200 block of Almond Avenue: A caller reported damage to a car in the high school parking lot.

Child abuse

Sept. 21, 7:20 p.m.: Police assisted child protective services in a possible child abuse case.

Assault

Sept. 23, 5:38 p.m., 200 block of Almond Avenue: A caller reported that a student was "jumped" after track practice. The caller said the victim complained of jaw pain.

Domestic violence

Sept. 23, 6:24 p.m., 2200 Homestead Court: A caller reported that her boyfriend just hit her. She told police she did not need medical help.

Drugs, marijuana

Thursday, 9:30 p.m., Rengstorff Avenue/El Camino Real: Police issued a citation for misdemeanor, marijuana.

Thursday, 10:06 p.m., Catalina Way/Jordan Avenue: Police issued a citation for misdemeanor, marijuana.

Assault

Friday, 2:48 p.m., San Antonio Road/Almond Avenue: Police reported a possible fight at the bus stop. They also reported a second altercation at the high school.

Officer assaulted

Saturday, 2:26 a.m., Covington Road/Miramonte Avenue: Following an accident in which a vehicle hit a house, police arrested a 21-year-old man for assaulting a police officer.

Drugs

Monday, 1:28 a.m., Loucks Avenue/San Antonio Road: Police made an arrest.
