Los Altos Hills candidates' night

The Los Altos Hills Civic Association is sponsoring its second of two candidates' nights for the four candidates running for the Los Altos Hills Town Council in the Nov. 3 election.

The first event was held Monday. The next forum is 7-9 p.m., Tuesday, at Los Altos Hills Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road.

Candidates will be offered a three-minute opening statement, and then asked to field questions from the audience. Association members said the candidates have been sent in advance a list of questions about issues for discussion at the forum. The candidates invited to attend are: incumbent councilwoman Toni Casey; Jim Steiner, a member of the town finance committee; Steve Finn, a former town planning commissioner; and Dot Schreiner, current planning commissioner.
