Hidden Villa reopens to public

Hidden Villa Farm and Wilderness Preserve in Los Altos Hills is now open to the public Tuesdays through Sundays from 9 a.m. until dusk. The farm was closed during its summer camp program from June through August. The public is invited to participate in special activites and guided farm tours, or to hike the wilderness trails.

Activities scheduled for the fall include a free community forum titled "Dialogue on Racial Understanding," beginning Oct. 18, Sunday farm tours, a Halloween event Oct. 22 through 24, a puppet show with The Johnson Brothers on Nov. 7, a mushroom hike Nov. 14, storytelling with Ane Rovetta on Dec. 13, and a sing-along with Nancy Cassidy on Jan. 22.
