The Los Altos Recreation Department has announced details of its 1999 snowboard season. There are four one-day trips scheduled from January through March. The season kicks off Jan. 30 with a trip to Kirkwood. On Feb. 27 the group heads to Northstar-at-Tahoe. The last two trips will take place March 13 and 27. The cost for each excursion is $70 and includes an all-day lift ticket, chartered bus transportation and supervision. The trips are open to anyone in junior high and high school.
