Tours will be from 9-10 a.m., Jan. 25; 1:15-2:15 p.m., Jan. 26; 9:30-10:30 a.m., Jan. 27; and 1:15-2:15 p.m., Jan. 28. Twisters holds Jan. 1 sleep over Twisters Kids in Mountain View is hosting its 30th annual "Twist into the New Year" overnight party at 6:30 p.m., Dec. 31 to 9 a.m., Jan. 1. The event will feature gymnastics, dancing, rock climbing, dinner, games, movies and "Midnight Madness." Twisters is nonprofit organization. A certified staff, including director Ron Ludwig, will be on site during the sleep over. The event is for children ages 6-12. Prepaid reservations are $45 for members and $55 for nonmembers. UCSC Extension holds 'Career Nights' The University of California at Santa Cruz Extension program will hold "Career Nights" from 6:15 to 8:15 p.m., Jan. 5-30 at De Anza College in Cupertino and its sites in Santa Clara, Sunnyvale and Milpitas. The sessions are intended to provide prospective students an inside look at the Extension's career programs.
