Boys teams from eight schools will take part in the tourney, including St. Simon of Los Altos and St. Joseph of Mountain View. Games begin at 4 p.m. Friday, with the last game of the day scheduled for 8:30 p.m. On Saturday, games begin at noon, with the last contest of the day set for 4:30 p.m. The Sunday schedule of games starts at 11 a.m., with the championship set for 2:45 p.m. A ticket to a day's worth of games is $2.50 for adults, $2 for children. Weekend passes are priced at $6 for adults, $4 for children. St. Nicholas is at 12816 S. El Monte Ave. Akido classes offered Classes in Akido, a non-competitive Japanese martial art, will be offered to teen-age women starting next week at the YWCA of the Mid-Peninsula, 4161 Alma St., Palo Alto. Classes will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays, Jan. 12 to Feb. 18, from 5-6 p.m. Fee is $60. For more information, call 494-0972.
