What to Watch For: Inconsistency. These district rivals are both young and going through growing pains. Los Altos returns just two starters: guard Christina Fonseca and forward Marisa Whitlock. Mountain View only boasts two returners as well: guards Kelsey Nakano and Nicole Robledo. Eagles coach John Mackey still believes his team can compete for the division title, though, while Spartans coach Karl Hawkins is striving for at least a .500 record.
