Friday: Noon, monthly luncheon. Reservations are required. Cost is $4 with activity card and $6 without. Bingo is after lunch. Bingo cards are three for $1, and cash prizes will be awarded.
Jan. 22: 1 p.m., armchair travel with Lew Bachelor. Pretend it's summer again by taking a trip to bask in the sun in Hawaii and Tahiti. Refreshments will be served.
Jan. 27: 1 p.m., John Canneday of Essex Corp. will present a seminar on long-term care insurance. Topics to be covered include why you need long-term care insurance, and current and future trends.
Jan. 29: 1 p.m., Birthday bingo session celebrates January birthdays with cake, ice cream and music for those with birthdays in January.

Jan. 22: 9:30 a.m., Dr. Rachel Fronzenfar will give a free talk regarding chiropractic services . Topics include general back safety, nutrition, exercise, and ergonomics at home and work.
Jan. 23: 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., a free glaucoma adult vision screening. The screening will be presented in conjunction with a resident ophthalmologist from Stanford University Medical Center.
Jan. 24: 2 p.m., photographer Tom Hahn will take a journey into the Himalayas and travel up the road to the Tibetan border. Cost is 50 cents.
Jan. 31: 2 p.m., Sunday movie "Red Corner," staring Richard Gere, presents the story of an American attorney in China accused of murder.
