March 15, 7:54 a.m., 1100 block of St. Joseph Avenue: A caller reported spray paint on the walls in back of the kindergarten building, office and portable.

Traffic accident

March 15, 12:39 p.m., San Antonio Road/Edith Avenue: A non-injury accident.

Assault

March 15, 7:59 p.m., 400 block of Lassen Street: A caller said a neighbor attacked him. A witness said the caller first attacked the neighbor. Medics responded for a broken nose for the caller and a broken arm for the neighbor.

March 15, 8:07 p.m., 100 block of W. Portola Avenue: A caller said he was attacked at the basketball game.

Tree Farm graffiti

March 16, 1:19 a.m.: Police responded to a call about graffiti at the Tree Farm on El Camino Real.

DUI

March 17, 2:21 a.m., El Camino Real and Rengstorff Avenue: Police arrested a 47-year-old man on charges of driving under the influence.

Disturbing the peace

March 17, 9 a.m., 400 block of Lassen Street: Police said one resident was allegedly harassing another resident.

Theft

March 17, 8:15 p.m., 2300 block of Homestead Road: A caller reported that a driver in a Mitsubishi Eclipse pumped $23 of gas and allegedly left without paying.

Embezzlement

Thursday, 12:20 p.m., 4500 block of El Camino Real: A bank manager reported an employee who allegedly admitted to embezzling from the bank. Police made an arrest.

Injury accident

Thursday, 12:56 p.m., West Portola/Los Altos avenues: Firefighters and medics responded to an accident. A bicyclist was down with face and head injuries, police said.

Friday, 3:52 a.m., 1400 block of Wessex Avenue.
