The League educates citizens about voting and voter registration, and how to contact legislators. The updated Facts for Voters pamphlet is available at the Mountain View and Los Altos public libraries. The pamphlet is designed to help citizens contact elected public officials from President Clinton and the United States Congress to local city council and school board members. Funds are needed to support a wide variety of league activities. For example, on election day, local league members staff a phone hotline to help voters find their polling place.
