Fraud

May 3, 12:59 p.m., 4500 block of El Camino Real: A caller reported that a man made a purchase in the store with a check. Later the bank advised the check number was no good. The man, in his 20s, had left on foot.

Hit and run

May 3, 1:39 p.m., 100 block of Sunkist Lane: A man reported a hit-and-run to his parked '87 gray Saab.

Domestic violence

May 4, 8:38 a.m., address withheld: Police reported a family disturbance.

Sex registrant

May 5, 12:05 p.m.: A 40- year-old man came in to the police department to register.

Drunk

May 5, 8:12 p.m., San Antonio Road and Arbuelo Way: A caller reported that a man came out of the foliage carrying a black bag and started getting dressed. Police arrested a 35-year-old man.

Child abuse

Thursday, 12:12 p.m., address withheld: Police reported a child abuse case.

Assault

Thursday, 2:50 p.m., Cherry Avenue: Police said an elderly person was taking another's recycling items and pushed the owner of the recycling.

Liquor violation

Friday, 2:12 a.m., 5100 block of El Camino Real: Police made an arrest for an after-hours drinking violation.

Vandalism

Friday, 9:28 a.m., 900 block of San Antonio Road: A woman reported vandalism to her office, with paint on the door and windows.

Threats

Friday, 1:56 p..m., 700 block of Los Altos Avenue: The principal of Santa Rita School requested police contact regarding two sixth graders who made threats to each other.

DUI

Saturday and Sunday: Police arrested three in separate incidents on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol.
