Artists: Pick up your easel and 'Paint the Town'

The Los Altos Town Crier is sponsoring a program to "capture the look of Los Altos and Los Altos Hills" as it appears during the last days of the 20th century. "Paint the Town" will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., June 5, when artists paint their favorite city buildings.

Painting will start by 10 a.m., offering the public a chance to watch the artists at work throughout the day. Each artist will have 30 more days to complete the work, have it framed for display.
