Music For Minors Children's Music Festival June 19

The Children's Musical Festival, a day-long musical fair, is scheduled June 19, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at Egan Intermediate School, corner of San Antonio Road and W. Portola, Los Altos.

The event is sponsored by Music For Minors, a nonprofit organization that sends docents to schools to provide music education.

The schedule of events follows:

Melody Midgets Bands 10:25 - 10:30

Coach Chris 10:45 - 11:15

Etch a Sketch Man- Michael McNevin 11:30 a.m. - 2:15 p.m.

The Banana Slug String Band 1:00 - 2:00

Zorina and her African Drums 2:30 - 3:15

Linda Arnold 3:45 - 4:45

The event includes food and drink, and assorted children's activities.

Cost is $5 per person, with children 2 and under free. Tickets are available at the gate.
