The committee, chaired by Bob Grimm, a retired Hewlett-Packard executive, is reviewing three documents prepared by the city. The city council reviewed and prioritized the capital projects included in the city staff's documents. One of the decisions they will consider, is, if they find projects they deem important but for which there are no funds, should there be a ballot measure for a city bond?
