DUI

June 21, 7:06 a.m., San Antonio Road/El Camino Real: Police arrested a 44-year-old man on DUI charges.

Burglary

June 22, 7:29 a.m., 1200 block of Carmel Terrace: A resident reported that someone broke into the home through a rear sliding door and took a wallet, briefcase and charge cards.

Assault

June 22, 3:20 p.m., Shasta and First streets: A caller reported that a co-worker struck him in the head with a fist on May 29 and then stepped onto his ankle, breaking it. Co-workers took him to Valley Medical Center in San Jose.

DUI

Friday, 1:55 a.m., San Antonio Road/Almond Avenue: Police arrested an 18-year-old man on DUI charges.

Vandalism

Friday, 1:27 p.m., Newcastle Drive/Holt Avenue: A resident reported seeing a slim woman in black clothing with a partly shaved head drawing a swastika on a stop sign. The resident took a picture of the incident. Police arrested, cited and released the suspect.

Burglary

Friday, 2:33 p.m., 300 block of Cuesta Drive: Police reported a daytime forced entry.

Vandalism

Saturday, 12:24 p.m., 600 block of Arboleda Drive: Spray paint was used on a home being remodeled.

Saturday, 2:01 p.m., 1500 block of Holt Avenue: A woman reported that someone painted a swastika on the sign for her tumbling class at Grant Park.

Threats

Saturday, 8:45 p.m., 1900 block of Fallen Leaf Lane: A caller said a neighbor threatened to vandalize his residence after complaining about one of the reporting party's employees driving too fast down the street.

Disturbance

Saturday, 11:10 p.m., Portola Avenue: A caller reported three juveniles throwing something against the multipurpose room at Egan Junior High School.
