Town Crier Staff Report

The conditions of approval of the Matadero Creek Subdivision may be voted on, among items on the agenda at Thursday's Los Altos Hills City Council meeting.

The 20-lot Matadero Creek subdivision, created in 1980, allows for more open space in relation to each house than normally required in the town, said resident Bill Riffle. However, in recent years, changes to town codes have created "confusion," he said, over what is currently allowed. The drafted proposal at Thursday's meeting is meant as an update he said.

The council also plans to appoint a new member to the town Planning Commission.

The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. at Los Altos Hills Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road.
