July 11, 9:15 a.m., 400 block of Lassen Street: A caller reported a smashed right-rear passenger-side window.

Property damage

July 12, 4:23 p.m., 1600 block of Morton Avenue: A city tree fell on a green Pontiac.

Child abuse

July 13, 7:43 a.m.: Police received a report of child abuse.

Drunk

July 14, 9:24 p.m., 900 block of Fremont Avenue: A woman in a bathroom allegedly assaulted a customer. Police arrested a 41-year-old woman.

Child endangerment

July 14, 10:40 p.m., 400 block of University Avenue: A caller reported that a nanny allegedly used excessive force slapping two small children about 7 p.m. in Shoup Park. The children live in Los Altos Hills. Police contacted the residence.

Curfew violation

Thursday, 1:29 a.m., Fremont Avenue/Loyola Drive: Police cited two juveniles for curfew violation.

Thursday, 7:50 a.m., 600 block of Arboleda Drive: Police reported a smashed car window.

Thursday, 7:34 p.m., Los Pajeros Court: A resident reported fraudulent use of her credit card.

Friday, 8:16 p.m., 300 block of Lunada Drive: A fire was reported in the Hetch Hetchy bike trail. Firefighters responded and put it out.

Sunday, 3:03 p.m.: A caller asked advice regarding the daughter's boyfriend who was caught that morning in the daughter's bedroom

Dog bite

Sunday, 8:15 p.m., Second, Main streets: Dog was tied to a post when it bit the victim.
