Wild Wednesday programs for children ages 5 and up are scheduled this summer from 3-3:45 p.m. at the Los Altos Library, 13 S. San Antonio Road.

Today Wildlife Associates will present "Spirit of the Rain Forest," featuring live rain forest animals.

The Aug. 4 program will feature humorous and dramatic stories with storyteller Diane Ferlatte and banjo player Erik Pearson. They will present "Nick Nack Paddy Whack & Her Mother Goose on the Loose."

As of last week, 841 readers and 171 listeners had signed up for the summer reading clubs.
