Aug. 18: Trip to Angel Island. Depart 9 a.m. Cost is $46 with an activity card, $51 without. Price includes round-trip transportation, ferry ride, picnic lunch and driver gratuity.
Sept. 18: Depart 10:30 a.m. to Dreyer's Ice Cream and Hooper's Chocolate Factory in Union City and Oakland. Cost is $48 with activity card, $53 without. Includes round-trip transportation, lunch and guided tour.
Aug. 30: Birthday bingo. Celebrate August birthdays with cake, ice cream, music and free bingo.

Thursday: 10 a.m., Outreach Transportation, a paratransit service for seniors, will be presented. Discussion includes what services are offered and who qualifies. There is a sign-up for the discussion.
Sunday: 2 p.m. Dance Sunday with "The Musical Commodores" playing popular ballroom favorites of the 1940s and 1950s. Admission is $3. Refreshments will be served.
Tuesday: 11:15 a.m., Newcomers Group. An orientation and tour of the Senior Center and an overview of upcoming events and social services.
Aug. 22: 2 p.m., Musical Sunday with harpist Michelle Kohan. Admission is $1.
Aug. 29; 2 p.m., Video Sunday, "Dangerous Beauty" starring Catherine McCormack, Jacqueline Bisset and Rufus. This is true story of a woman who used her looks to seduce and defy the conventions of the 16th century. Admission is 50 cents.
